What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree
1–2 years of relevant experience in software QA, software testing, technical support or a similar role
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Willingness to learn software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and analytical skills
Problem solving skills
Organizational and planning skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Fluency in both written and spoken English
What You’ll Be Doing:
Understand and apply quality assurance standards and procedures
Understand and analyze business requirements and features to perform effective software testing
Prepare and maintain test cases and test plans
Execute manual and/or automated test cases and analyze results
Identify, document and report bugs and errors using Jira
Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and investigate and report bugs
Provide timely feedback and support to internal and external clients, ensuring that reported issues are managed effectively and within agreed timelines
It’s a Plus If You Have:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
Experience with issue tracking tools (preferably Jira)
Ability to provide training or guidance to others
Knowledge of an additional language (e.g. Russian)
