Junior Business Analyst

NETinfo, engaged in I.T. Consulting, Project Management, System Integration, Facilities Management and Software development, invites applications for the fulfillment of the following position:

Junior Business Analyst

The candidates will join and work with a very powerful team and will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge through continuous training and guidance.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Understand and document business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions
  • Assist the team in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; help manage expectations of users and management
  • Partner with business users to fully surface their requirements; conduct interviews with key project stakeholders and document and present the results
  • Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time
  • Analyse application/business domain data requirements and business rules, understanding the data flow from source to screen
  • Develop user stories and breaking down requirements into deliverable functionality
  • Analyse business issues and identify solutions that meet business goals
  • Negotiate and communicate priority for new features and capabilities
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Other related responsibilities

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Business Analysis certification is considered a plus
  • Previous working experience in a similar role is considered a plus
  • Fluency in both written and oral English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Previous experience in business and requirements analysis is considered a plus
  • Knowledge of software, systems, and financial development analysis
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on ideas and solutions from multiple stakeholders with differing opinions
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving

Remuneration:

A very attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful applicants including 13th salary and participation in a medical insurance scheme and provident fund.
