What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
4+ years of experience in a similar role
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong experience with:
Java programming language
Communication standards/protocols (JSON, XML, SOAP)
Front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)
Knowledge of:
Databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Frameworks (J2EE, Hibernate, JSF)
Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience in implementing security measures in software development
Experience with the OWASP Top 10
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Advanced technical analysis and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Continuous learner, adaptable to fast-changing technologies and trends
Communication and interpersonal skills; very good command of English
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, develop, test, debug and upgrade software components based on specifications
Ensure code integrity and maintain version control and release management standards
Apply secure coding practices and ensure compliance with company standards
Analyze and resolve complex software issues, identifying root causes and long-term solutions
Provide effort estimations and technical analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client technical teams to support successful project delivery
Offer technical guidance to less experienced team members
Contribute ideas for system improvements and process optimization
It’s a Plus If You Have:
Experience with Apache Web Server
Experience with Red Hat JBoss Application Server
Knowledge of the REACT framework
Knowledge of container platform management (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
Knowledge of Cyber Security concepts and practices
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
