For this, the NETinfo solution has been integrated with Euro Pacific Securities trading platform to provide trading services to the customers of Euro Pacific Bank including the trading of precious metals, mutual funds and forex.
The solution delivered enables the Bank’s customers (primarily high-net worth individuals) to view their complete relationship with the Bank in a graphical dashboard and transact/apply for a product or service easily and effortlessly. NETinfo’s advanced administration console enables the Bank to control and monitor the whole solution, while providing self-maintenance capability. Through NETinfo’s marketing campaign module the Bank can publish targeted marketing campaigns to any customer segment and upsell / cross-sell.
Within the scope of its digital banking project, Euro Pacific Bank had to implement a core banking and digital channels solution on the cloud. This complex delivery was achieved given the capability of NETinfo to support any delivery method (from on-premises to full cloud) and its vast experience and expertise in integrating with several third-party systems, while reducing implementation risk to zero.
