Quality Assurance and Support Officer

The candidates will join and work with a very powerful team and will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge through continuous training and guidance.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive way to assist the Head of Quality Assurance & Support to meet the department’s key objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal clients to ensure service issues are delivered effectively and efficiently
  • Analyze and resolve service issues promptly
  • Draft responses to routine correspondence from clients by email
  • Set up and maintain effective client reporting system, to manage client requests & issues
  • Appraise clients’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts
  • Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations
  • Maintain client focused working environment for team
  • Provide onsite training to customers
  • Provide significant support to Project Managers and manage any issues that may arise with existing clients
  • Other related responsibilities

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in a client supportive role
  • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
  • Previous banking or financial institution experience is considered a plus
  • Fluency in both written and oral English
  • Knowledge of another language (Russian, French etc.) is considered a plus
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Experience with JIRA software is considered a plus
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Ability to collate and analyze statistical data and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and on own
