Quality Assurance and Support Officer
The candidates will join and work with a very powerful team and will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge through continuous training and guidance.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage a demanding and reactive workload in a responsive way to assist the Head of Quality Assurance & Support to meet the department’s key objectives and regulatory requirements
 - Provide prompt, courteous service to all external and internal clients to ensure service issues are delivered effectively and efficiently
 - Analyze and resolve service issues promptly
 - Draft responses to routine correspondence from clients by email
 - Set up and maintain effective client reporting system, to manage client requests & issues
 - Appraise clients’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
 - Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts
 - Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations
 - Maintain client focused working environment for team
 - Provide onsite training to customers
 - Provide significant support to Project Managers and manage any issues that may arise with existing clients
 - Other related responsibilities
 
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree
 - At least 2 years experience in a client supportive role
 - Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
 - Previous banking or financial institution experience is considered a plus
 - Fluency in both written and oral English
 - Knowledge of another language (Russian, French etc.) is considered a plus
 - Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases
 - Experience with JIRA software is considered a plus
 - Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
 - Ability to collate and analyze statistical data and pay attention to detail
 - Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
 - Ability to accept constructive feedback
 - Ability to work as part of a team, and on own
 - Organizational skills
 - Time-management skills
